Greg Louie believes the success of our society is measured in the success of our youth.  Born and raised in East San Jose and a product of the East Side Union High School District, Greg has served as Principal and an Associate Principal for Santa Teresa High School for the past 13 years. 

Greg started his career as a high school teacher in 1997 at Silver Creek High School with a B.A. in English from UC Davis and an M.A. in Education from San Jose State University.  As a Principal since 2012, Greg takes pride leading a school community of more than 2200 students, 160 staff members, and hundreds of parents and community member volunteers. 

Greg also commits time and resources to support the American Cancer Society, Second Harvest Food Bank, and the American Red Cross. In his spare time, Greg volunteers as a coach for his son's flag football team through Play Flag Football and at his daughter's elementary school, Hacienda Elementary, cares for the menagerie of family animals, and nerds out over Star Wars and comic books. 

A proud husband, father, and educator, Greg's simple rule in life is to give his best for the best of all students.

The City of San Jose is now accepting applications, and it's FREE to apply! Southwest Launches Sale, Extends Open Middle Seat, And Adds Health Declaration For Customers
Southwest announced their plans to keep middle seats open through at least September 30, reinforced its face mask policy and added another layer of confidence for travelers by requiring Customers to complete a Health Declaration prior to traveling.
