Max Duganne is the Chief Executive Officer of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Silicon Valley.  He was born in Santa Monica, California, where he grew up in the local Boys and Girls Club.  Max has a degree in Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. 

Following college, he worked in the financial sector but left in 2009 for what was supposed to be a 1-year hiatus to teach AP Economics and Government at his alma mater high school.  1 year turned into 2, at which point he was named director of the school at the age of 26.  He ran the school for 4 years, and says he‚Äôs proudest of the 100% college acceptance rate during his tenure.  During this time, Max was an active board member of the Santa Monica Boys and Girls Clubs, as well as the Los Angeles World Affairs Council.

Max and his wife, Laura Warmenhoven Duganne, met during freshman orientation at Boston College.  They have been together ever since!  After 7 years in Santa Monica, they moved to the bay area 4 years ago.  They currently live in Los Gatos with their 4-year-old daughter Emma, 2-year-old son Gavin, and 4-month-old daughter Audrey.  They also both serve as directors on the Warmenhoven Family Foundation.

Southwest Launches Sale, Extends Open Middle Seat, And Adds Health Declaration For Customers
