Paul is the VP of Sales and Community Engagement with Alliance Credit Union.

As part of the senior leadership team he is responsible for the retail branches, mortgage production, investment services, business development, and community engagement. 

With over 25 years of banking experience in both banks and credit unions, Paul is able to collaborate across all departments to accomplish the strategic goals of the organization. 

In addition to his current areas of responsibility he has experience facilitating sales training, branch transformation, building member experience models, product development, leading large branch networks, and project management. 

He possesses a bachelor‚Äôs degree in Finance from Chico State University, an MBA from Golden Gate University, and a Masters level degree from Pacific Coast Banking School at University of Washington. 

He is active in his community as Past President of Rotary, Past Campaign Chair for United Way, and many past and current Board level positions in several organizations. 

His involvement with Leadership San Jose will help him to find areas to plug into in the community.   

Paul Grew up in San Jose CA, graduated from Leland High School and recently returned to the Bay Area. 

His hobbies include golf, hiking, reading, and spending time with family in Hawaii.

The City of San Jose is now accepting applications, and it's FREE to apply! Southwest Launches Sale, Extends Open Middle Seat, And Adds Health Declaration For Customers
Southwest announced their plans to keep middle seats open through at least September 30, reinforced its face mask policy and added another layer of confidence for travelers by requiring Customers to complete a Health Declaration prior to traveling. As Customers begin to travel again, Southwest also launched a sale offering low domestic fares starting at $49 one-way to select destinations today through June 18, 2020, 11:59 p.m., CDT.
