EMC Seafood just recently opened at San Jose‚Äôs upscale Santana Row, in the remodeled space that was formerly home to two previous seafood-centric tenants, Lark Creek Blue and Yankee Pier.
An ocean‚Äôs worth of seafood dishes are on this Asian-fusion menu, from lobster rolls and shrimp tacos to charred branzino and crispy soft-shell crab. Besides the raw bar, EMC is also known for its ever so popular uni pasta that customers seem to rave about.
Meat eaters will find wok-stir-fried black pepper beef mignon, jalapeno wings, rack of lamb & bone-in ribeye on the menu.
Co-founder Michael Kwan launched EMC in 2013 in Los Angeles‚Äô Koreatown, and has since added restaurants in Irvine, Woodland Hills, Santa Anita and Oxnard. Next for SoCal is probably going to be a Torrance location and or in Valencia.
The Santana Row EMC will be open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until midnight on Friday and Saturday.
