LB Steak is proud to showcase our delicious and unique food and beverage offerings in this year‚Äôs #SanJoseEATS event.

We are a modern American Steakhouse, led by culinary titan Roland Passot, James Beard nominee and owner of San Francisco‚Äôs renowned La Folie.  Located in the heart of prestigious Santana Row, the ultimate upscale dining and shopping destination in San Jose, we offer a steakhouse experience that is second to none.

We offer only the best for our guests, with our Prime Angus Steaks sourced from the Northern Midwest, aged and hand cut in our butcher shop. Signature items include our Tomahawk Chop for two, 22 ounce Cowboy Steak, and imported A5 Japanese Wagyu.  Our Chef de Cuisine's seasonally inspired menu features organic ingredients, locally inspired dishes, sustainably caught seafood, and scrumptious desserts that offer refinement rarely found in steakhouse restaurants.

An elegant wine list features an array of domestic and imported wines, as well as an extensive selection of wines by the glass, offering diners options to fit any taste or budget. Signature handcrafted cocktails are prepared with utmost respect for the ingredients to perfectly complement savory entrées, or sample from our whiskey bar and seasonal whiskey flights, designed to tempt the most discerning of palates.

In addition to our extensive Dinner menu, be sure to join us in the daytime for a wonderful selection of Lunch Salads, Sandwiches, and Burgers. Weekend Brunch is also served Saturday and Sunday until 2 PM, featuring classics such as Steak and Eggs and Eggs Benedict, and of course Bottomless Mimosas!

Stop in to sample our Happy Hour menu, which we are featuring for the upcoming #SanJoseEATS event, available all day Sunday and Monday, and Tuesday through Friday from 4 to 6 PM, on our patio or at the bar. With delicious bites such as our signature LB Sliders and Maple Glazed Pork Belly, paired with 2 for 1 well martinis, you can’t go wrong!

Our main dining room features the Chef’s Table, a beautiful live-edged piece of natural walnut, which sits alongside our floor to ceiling windows. A complement of intimate booths and open space for larger groups rounds out the dining room, with rich chocolate hues matched with frivolous splashes of patterned paisley wall coverings. Or, enjoy the California sunshine and dine al fresco on our beautiful patio located just outside the restaurant, and take in the sights and scenes of bustling Santana Row.

We also offer private dining options for your next social or business gathering. Our private dining room, the Meritage Room, is warm and welcoming and features authentic French chandeliers, an elegantly crafted stone fireplace, and a rich palate of colors and textures. From a casual luncheon to an elegant cocktail reception or a formal sit-down dinner, LB Steak's unique private spaces will set the scene for seamless and memorable experiences, while our private dining menu options are sure to impress, each celebrating Northern California's local bounties. Be sure to inquire about Catering To Go, to bring the best of LB Steak from our kitchen to your home or office.

At LB Steak, we are passionate about treating our guests to a memorable and delicious American steakhouse experience through gracious service and exceptional ingredients.

We look forward to serving you soon!

Accountability & Better Government Reforms – Rules Committee Agenda Item G.9
San José is the 10th largest city in the United States, yet it is stuck in the 1980’s with a management structure more suited for small cities. In times of crisis, we need government to be nimble, responsive, and accountable to the community for results and to bring local government into the 21st century. As we face the greatest series of crises in our lifetime – a global pandemic and the deepest economic recession since the great recession – we must have the people’s choice, an elected Accountable Mayor, be directly responsible for the city.
