San Jose snags another title as a 'Millennial Magnet City,' according to realtor.com this week.
Already known as 'A Best Place to Live in America,' 'One of the Happiest Places to Live,' and 'One of the Happiest Cities to Work In,' this latest title confirm what we all already know: San Jose IS the best place to live, play and do business in.
The website gathered information on this segment of the population regarding spending habits around homes and found that, according to the National Association of Realtors, 64% of all first-time homebuyers are 36 years of age and younger.
Ten cities in particular piqued this demographic's interest in this area, with San Jose, the Heart of Silicon Valley, landing comfortably in the No. 10 spot.
