The silicon valley organization had an international business group come visit in January as part of the Silicon Valley Nigeria Economic Summit.

The group, here ahead of the Nigerian Vice President's visit was here to establish a strategic, bi-lateral economic relationship between Silicon Valley and Nigeria.

The Summit was created to encourage investments and partnerships in the field of Banking, Agriculture and High-Technology and other related businesses that would spur new economic growth and employment for both sides.

Specific to our visit on day two of their trip, Comerica co-founder Phillip Boyce joined our President and CEO Matthew Mahood in welcoming the delegation and sharing with them the economic landscape of Silicon Valley.

The group had a hearty discussion, primarily around banking between the two countries and ways to facilitate relationship building in this area.
