Peter Landsberger has lived in Los Altos since 1978, the year he was appointed Foothill-De Anza’s first General Counsel. During his thirty-year career in the community colleges, Landsberger has held several executive posts, including President of the College of San Mateo, Senior Vice Chancellor of the Los Angeles Community College District and, for a year and a half, Interim Chancellor of the Los Angeles District. In December, 2016, Landsberger was elected to the Board of Trustees of the Foothill-De Anza Community College District.
